Talk to a lawyer now. I think you’ll be in a lot of grief. It will show that you had money to start an LLC and then filing BK after. Oh boy. Lots of trouble.

this really sounds like a high risk situation i wouldn’t go that route without asking a lawyer talk to your bankruptcy lawyer
if you go into this business with 2 partners the partners may be at risk to because of your bankruptcy

You and your partners will not qualify for any small business lending with a bankruptcy on your bureau. You may want to leave yourself off any business ownership documentation.

how will you be able to invest in a business if you are bankrupt?
Are you sure you will even qualify for Chapter 7 BK?
If most of your debt is loans or credit cards, you might have to go chap 13 – major difference – debts are not eliminated – 5 yr court monitored payment plan
don;t do anything with the business until you are thru the BK – that will take several months after the initial filing and just filing could cost a couple of $1000
